Waited 35/40 min no dr showed up and reception at front just kept saying 5 min. Very rude and unprofessional. Appointment was booked a day advanced, At the least the dr could show up and inform patient about whats going on. People have responsibilities and tasks to do so wasting someone’s time is not good. Especially when they booked appointment in advance

What a pleasant experience! Called the pharmacy yesterday to confirm walk in for AZ second dose and availability. This morning I went. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Excellent gentle “jab”. Feel very blessed.

I got my 2nd jab of covid19 vaccine at I Care and it was a pleasant experience from start to end. Mr. Faisal was courteous and professional in administering the vaccine. I would highly recommended this place for all pharmaceutical and vaccine needs.

ICare pharmacy was well-organized for its first-come, first-served administration of second doses of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, and not limiting access to persons who received the first dose there. This was a relief since the pharmacy where I received my first dose did not receive any allocation of the AZ vaccine. Several pharmacies in my vicinity did receive some supply, but only provided access to persons to whom they had administered the first dose.The pharmacists and employees are ICare were very considerate. Thank you ICare!

I booked an appointment at this pharmacy to be vaxxed. The customer service from, reception taking my appointment, to arriving on the day and receiving my vax, was a smooth experience. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

I walked in today for my vaccine. The staff was so pleasant and caring. It was a pleasure.I live too far to make this my regular pharmacy. If you’re in the neighbourhood this should be your pharmacy.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. It’s the staff and pharmacists who go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service. They even kept the pharmacy open past closing when I arrived late on a Saturday afternoon. They genuinely care about people.
