I shop at alot of high end stores worldwide and I have been to many Hugo Boss stores in Canada, and the one day I dress comfortable and when I mean comfortable I am not wearing branded clothing such as Versace or mackage etc. This specific store has a Woman in their which was very quick to judge my outfit and made me feel very uncomfortable while I was shopping around. I Would strongly recommend people to avoid a judgmental location like this one which can really effect your day especially when you know your worth. I am very disappointed in this store and the employee that is working there, I didn't catch her name but she looked around 5ft,4 and Asian. Please be awear on your visit because you might end up being judged for your clothing that you are wearing even though you are wealthy. THIS IS EMBARRASSING ESPECIALLY WHEN OTHER HUGO BOSS STORES HAVE GREAT EMPLOYEES. I hope she sees this so she can understand her manners and attitude and judgmental self has dampened all Hugo boss employees reputation since they all work for a high end brand. I'm disgusted and she should feel ashamed of herself.

I placed instore order on May 1st 2023 and i never got the order and till today 30 Oct I haven’t got refund. 6 months and nothing. Never shopping again from hugo boss and never recommending anyone. Horrible customer service.

This store is amazing and provides excellent service. Elisha, the manager, is a fantastic host, she’s super friendly, and helps you style the outfit perfectly! Highly recommended. Boss quality is great as always, especially the wool-cashmere articles.

Not particularly hating this store, just wanna say that Hugo Boss quality is worse than H&M.Bought shoes and they are making squeaky sounds on every step.

Poor experience, we went there for returning some items, one the staff, a woman, who wore a lot of piercings on her face with red and purple hair color did ruin our day.She was rude, racist and argued with us to not accept our items to return and finally we went to Yorkdale Mall and decided to return all items, which were around 4000 CAD, they returned the items without any problem.

Horrible and bad customer service as I bought stuff from store and tried to file a complain to the company online and over the phone but I was told to go back to the store trying yo solve it as every store has different policy ….I recommend if you like their product don’t buy from them but from The Bay or any other store has good customer service

Horrible and rude customer service. Was about to buy some pieces but after being blatantly ignored by your staff and store manager, I left. Hire a new manager, the fish rots from the head!
