Hudson just close your store on Queen street, Toronto and allow hospital to use the building. I tried to order a birthday dress and you guys delivered a wrong size. The experience I had in your store wasn’t pleasant either, I’m returning the item and will never shop at the Bay store again. I wanted to give you another chance after you had failed me several times but this is it, I’m done.

I visited the Hudson’s Bay on Queen St. Toronto trying to recycle my empty containers. HB launched this take-back program in 2021. This simple task turned into an unpleasant journey:Sales at Origin asked me to go to any of the other counters and they would help me. I went to Bobbi Brown, got the same instructions. I went to Kiehl’s, Shiseido, Clarins, all of which told me the same thing. Is this a prank or are customers who help reduce plastic waste being discriminated by HB?I was finally able to recycle my containers with the help of the sales at Clinique. When I tried to file a complaint in store, I was told it was probably because all the sales were busy with today’s event. That’s why sales at five counters treated me as if I was an unwanted item?In case HB still hires someone to check Google reviews, pls do not ask me to msg you via your SNS platforms or give me any of your template replies.

I bought a pillow @The Bay Fairview Mall on Dec 21/ 2023..never did get the $10 in points for that purchase. Ordered sheets through Trusted Brand partner. Color Sense on Feb 14th. They arrived in 2 days and were an an amazing color and quality. I ordered another set on Feb 21st...which never showed up as the courier showed up late 2X so it never even got to the store on time..rather ..never arrived period . Today the seller contacted me saying they would issue a full refund on my debit card..so I thought ..hey..it worked out well..so decided to shop on The Bay website again. Unfortunately, all the cool colors are gone so I guess it will be Homesense or Marshall's. Glad it worked out in the end.

Hudson's Bay is looking like a Sears. No employees in sight to help.Change rooms are now storage rooms.Shopping here is like a thrift store, digging through piles of unwanted clothing to try and find something decent.***This company needs to seriously re-evaluate the team that purchases its products***If it continues like this I see Hudson's Bay gone in the next ten years.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We purchased a sectional sofa from Bay, they told us that it will be delivered in the time slot between 2-5 pm, as I work from home it was really important for us to accommodate the delivery between those hours, however they suddenly showed up at 9am while I was in a meeting unannounced and when we asked to come back later they said they can’t! Beside that as soon as the sectional was received we noticed that the corner piece bottom is ripped! The delivery guy said that he is going to report it and we can call and follow up after a few days, after a few days when we did call they said that we only had 24 hours to call and it is what it is!!!!

I like this location. What I do find frustrating is that items like socks are on the top floors... making a quick errand an bigger excursion.

The Bay is a sad place. Dated and old and overpriced. I'd rather shop online.Feels like a store run by the liberal government or if Loblaws sold clothes

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Hudson Bay Toronto, which left me deeply disappointed. I intended to purchase boots available in-store, though listed as out of stock online. The online price was significantly lower than the in-store price.Initially, a sales associate assured me they could honor the online price, but the store manager, Erick, intervened, offering only a 10% discount, citing online and in-store as competitors. This explanation seemed illogical and inconsistent with Hudson Bay's customer-centric values.Erick's conduct was disconcerting; his reluctance to find a resolution and dismissive attitude impacted my experience negatively. During checkout, the sales associate (male and tall), a regular sales associate at the Room, shoe section, made a very offensive statement about sales taxes, possibly influenced by Erick's attitude. This experience has raised concerns about professionalism and customer service standards at Hudson Bay. I recommend a review of Erick's and the sales associate's behavior and additional staff training for consistency. I also request a price adjustment to align in-store prices with the online advertised price with HBC headquarters and the Chief Store Officer.
