The worst, most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve been to. Constantly messing up prescriptions, harassing by phone to clarify mistakes or oversights they’ve made on their end. I’ve been with them for 2 years and it hasn’t improved— if anything, it’s gotten worse.
The staff range anywhere from absent-minded and unprofessional to completely rude.
Highly recommend using another pharmacy— there’s a Shoppers just north of Dundas and Bloor.

The last three times I have come to pick up my prescription they can’t seem to find it. Today at 6:30am I placed my refill through their phone system which states I can pick it up after 11am. At 4pm I came to pick it up and they told me they didn’t have the medication. So in 9.5 hrs no one could give me a call. One time I picked up antibiotics from here and they only filled half my order. No one said anything to me and when I finished them early I called them and they said oops and gave just me the rest as if that happens often. The negligence from this place is going to open them up to a lawsuit. I wish there was another pharmacy around High park station.

I have been using High Park Pharmacy since I moved to the neighbourhood in 2013. The staff has been consistently helpful and patient with me. I can highly recommend them.

Small neighborhood pharmacy, the type of place we need more of instead of the giant box store pharmacy options. Has a Canada Post location as well which is super convenient. Great staff and great location, please shop here instead of the big chain stores and keep this type of store thriving.

Regarding the Post Office: Generally my experiences here have been great, I ship hundreds of parcels per month, this location was making good money working together. However, recently the older lady with short hair who works at the counter has been giving me attitude and refusing to fulfill my shipping requests because she says they take to long and others are waiting. Apparently according to her, she isn't obligated to do what a customer request, it's apparently "her choice". I've never heard such nonsense in my life. I could say more, but will keep my composure, I don't need the hassle, and don't feel like dealing with emotionally unstable people who are rude so I've switched locations for now. It's a shame because this was my favourite outlet. All the other clerks here are great.

Friendly staff , good prices ..the only criticism is that it can be a little like the "Monty python " cheese shop sketch " your pills may or may not be ready in a timely fashion . Coupons doctors send may or may not be excepted .
