I took my 2020 Nissan Altima in for routine servicing and a snow tire switch. I was subsequently advised by Eric that the brake pads were very low and needed to be replaced. Eric gave me a quote that was both reasonable and affordable. Dealerships get a lot of bad publicity about not dealing fairly with their customers, but I trust Eric and the service team entirely.

I went here for a diagnostic for my Nissa sentra. They said the tongue converter had a problem and needed to replace the transmission. I had no problem with transmission. The car was smooth and had no issues at all.
After weeks later, I came back to talk to the manager, and I asked him why I needed to replace the transmission if the tourq converter was the problem. He offered me a free diagnostic. Here is the funny part I dropped my car around 2 PM, and I left. After a few hours later I came back to the garage, and the car was sitting there. One of the mechanic told me that they didn't even check it. I called the manager and said to me I need to replace a transmission without even checking it.
I would not recommend it to anyone here , stay away, they are dishonest.

The parts department here is world class. I would never purchase Genuine Nissan parts from anywhere else. High Park Nissan is a very reputable Dealership and I recommend purchasing vehicles from here.

Good experience on my first visit there and the staff. Really nice experience, especially during my interaction with Angelo. He is really friendly and professional, in addition to the parts I needed (sparkplugs), Angelo helped me with other questions I had related to my car, he took the time to provide an answer for every question.
Definitely, I will go back again.
