Helen + Hildegard is a wonderful little unique boutique gift shop nestled in the heart of Toronto. It is a lovely shop, a charming treasure trove of delights and a great little one-stop shop for all things home decor and herbal products. The store carries a variety of local natural skincare and beauty products, top-quality essential oils, herbal tea, sunscreen, and incense sticks, as well as handmade crafts and never seen before products for self care. It offers an impressive array of unique finds and specialty goods that make great gifts. The sales staff are very helpful, friendly, super nice, and welcoming, with a ton of knowledge to assist with any questions. It is a pretty place to escape the busy streets and browse, a boutique that could very well be from a different time and place. Though small in size, it defies its modest footprint and truly has everything one could desire for a delightful discovery.
I just attended one of Helen and Hildegard's Tea and Travel events and it was such a POWERFUL experience. The intimate setting and atmosphere allowed for a safe space to share oneself vulnerably. I can't thank Aria and Sonya enough for facilitating. Looking forward to attending more of H+H's events and workshops :)

Excellent, unique little store I'd walked by a million times before stopping in. Bought some cute mugs, jewelry trays, and knick knacks. Sad to see them go!

What a great little shop...picked up a few Christmas ornaments to offer as gifts. Sales staff were very helpful and friendly. Will likely go back next time I'm in town...Thank-you !!
