Very helpful and great quality products! I had ordered a Vuse Alto pro from their website. when it came in it wasn’t working, no fault to them at all, i understand these things happen all the time. I reached out and they responded very quickly and we got everything worked out and they sent me a new one! very pleased with hazetown vapes!

Paid extra to get the delivery the next day but they took four days to deliver and this has happened more than once and I didn’t get a compensation for my money to get my package delivered the next day either. Majority or the products have been sold out for awhile now so there’s not much of a selection either. Disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this vape store.
