Staff is rude, not accommodating and speak over you, aside from the receptionist who is unfortunately leaving after today.

The experience was terrible! There was no regard for clients whatsoever. With no receptionist in sight, I had to wait for 15 minutes until someone finally appeared, only to be informed that they don't offer in-person appointments, despite what was stated on their website.
