“Hammer Fitness is an incredible gym.Amer - my trainer, is knowledgeable, highly skilled, exceptionally qualified and is unlike any other trainer I have been to. I feel energized after every workout and these have been by far the best training sessions I have ever done.Amer is dedicated and very professional. I can’t say enough good things about him. I look forward to training with him for years to come.”
“I love MOVE! The group training classes are small enough that coaches know everyone's names, and are able to provide 1-1 form correction. Truly a place where women of any age or fitness level can go and feel welcomed and supported. After having tried lots of fitness classes and gyms across the city, MOVE is absolutely my favourite!”

10 Lower Spadina Ave Suite 100, Toronto“I really liked this gym. I went here for a month while I had the one-month promotional offer. I attended mainly their cycle classes, but occasionally also did their HIIT and yoga classes. The instructors are all very nice and the interior is nice and cozy. Sometimes you would find a lot of people in the HIIT and yoga classes, which meant there wasn't a ton of room, but it was fine. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to try it out!”
“Went to Tidal today, the people in the class were great and super friendly, the coach was great and I had a really good time and a great workout. I will definitely be back and I I'll recommend tidal at any chance I get !”
“F45 is an amazing place if you want to work out! The classes are really fun and challenging. The team/coaches are super friendly. I’d highly recommend F45 if you want to have a good time while working out!”
“Classes are awesome, and the instructors are great—they watch for form and will give you feedback to improve. At first, it seemed a bit intimidating with all the regulars who know the drill, but honestly, everyone's just doing their own thing. It's a great work out. Been going on and off for over a year.”

Its big with lots of equipment, and people are really friendly.”

435 King St W, Toronto“I can’t believe I’ve only discovered ElleTO recently! This space is such a motivating, comfortable, and fun place to work out.
I have tried a wide variety of classes, and while I prefer some more than others, I appreciate that there is enough variety each day to appeal to a wide range of clientele. Personally, I am new to lifting “heavy weights”, but I absolutely love it! I have a strong desire to continue! I would enjoy it if a yoga class, or some more dance inspired classes, could round out the programming.
I really like the complimentary on-site showers, shampoo/ conditioners, towels, hair dryer, electrolyte water, and equipment. I’ve also attended two events/ pop ups, which was a fun use of the space!
Overall - the wonderful women who work here have fostered a welcoming environment in which you can feel safe and satisfied with each workout. I’ve also made some friends who I spend time with outside of class - the people they attract are just as lovely as the place itself! If that’s not a testament to the quality of the studio, then I don’t know what would be.
Highly Recommended!”

6AM - 7:30PM
1245 Dupont St, Toronto“This is a sparkling, high-energy fitness facility at the Galleria Mall. I signed up for a one-month promo and started coming on weekday mornings. The workouts are similar in length and intensity (HIIT-style) to what I have done at Fuel Training Club (Roncy and East locations) but, unlike Fuel or a Crossfit-style gym, there is no "rig" in the centre of the space for setting up one's own barbells and plates.I found it relatively easy to pick up the format and rhythm of the classes. The team is friendly and helpful. In particular, I appreciated the clear explanation of the fairly flexible cancellation policy (free cancellation up to 1 hour before a class, except for 6 a.m. classes, which are free cancellation up to 9:30 p.m. the night before) and the generous late cancel waiver after I got it mixed up one time! I will be considering coming back after the promo for sure.Overall, while there is less focus on advanced technique than at Fuel (so far there have been no Turkish get-ups or double unders in the programming), I found the workouts fun and they have kept me coming back. Handy water bottle filler, allgender bathrooms and a nice single-person shower room.”

The gym has an impressive selection of equipment, ensuring that there's something for everyone, from cardio to a large, dedicated weightlifting area. What truly sets Pure Fitness apart are its three dedicated studios, providing a diverse range of classes that ensure there is always something to do. The cleanliness of the facilities is remarkable, none of the gyms in the area can truly compare to this high quality. I always feel very welcomed by the staff and you can tell they are devoted to making each member feel supported throughout your training experience. One huge benefit is the availability of dry sauna, providing a relaxing ending to my workouts that has made a noticeable difference in my recovery time. The pool further elevates the fitness experience, allowing members to incorporate it into their routines for a well rounded and complete workout. The staff at Pure Fitness are not only friendly but also deeply committed to promoting health and fitness. “Striation6 has been my go to gym for years. It’s always extremely clean, it’s never too busy that you have to wait longer than a set at most for a machine, and staff is always around to answer any questions. The community is very friendly and it’s a safe and welcoming environment for anyone who’s scared to try a new gym for the first time. Special shout out to Sam, he’s extremely knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand if needed!”

“Great local gym! Staff are super friendly, and they have everything you need for a good workout. Couldn’t ask for anything more in a gym.”

1560 Bayview Ave Unit B, Toronto“This gym is fantastic. The concept of not having set class time helped me stay consistent in my training. The opening hours are super convenient for working out around work hours. The 9 station exercises change every day (maybe even more often). I tried very different times, and it's never so crowded that I couldn't train. One other thing I like is the diversity of the people coming to train. All ages, genders, fitness level, really! The trainers will adjust the difficulty level to you.Speaking of the staff, they are the most welcoming and encouraging trainers you can imagine. They are very proficient in either kickboxing, personal training, or both. They listen to my personal goals and are here to help me.I would highly, highly recommend at least to try the free session. It's awesome if you want to have some sweat hitting heavy bags safely, or if you already have martial arts training and you want to refine your techniques while staying in excellent physical condition.”
“My first week at West Toronto CrossFit was great. The coaches' patience and dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and safe during workouts were impressive. Their guidance boosted my confidence, and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey here. Highly recommend West Toronto CrossFit for anyone looking to get into CrossFit and join a welcoming community of individuals committed to improving their health and strength!”

“Great gym, friendly staff, has everything you need. Would love a hack, pendulum, or belt squat machine of some sort, but understand space is limited, and there is already a leg press machine and plenty of squat racks. Would also be cool if they could play sports on the TVs instead of the news.”

“I have recently gone to Vive for a drop-in workout. I met Michael and Monica and was instantly greeted with a smile. Thank-you for letting me train in your facility. It was a welcoming environment and the facility was tidy for a busy evening of member use/workouts.
