Once again, great Service given to me from the service department.
I had a problem with an engine Warning light coming on intermittently.
It was diagnosed and fixed Within a couple of days.

Too much to say about this dealership in this little space.
What I can say is, there ARE better Range Rover dealerships in Toronto. Dealerships that put their customer before their bottom line. If you are going to purchase a vehicle from them, be prepared to deal with gaslighting and corporate greed. It’s very sad because as a young person, I always said I wanted to have a Range Rover, finally bought one, paid in cash for it and nothing but issues from minute one. Can’t fault the dealer for manufacturer issues, but you CAN fault them for the aftermath of repairs and their lack of compassion and customer care. It’s $-$-$ to them and they don’t give AF who they take it from, even sick people.
Do your research before choosing the dealership you will have to deal with for the duration of your warranty.

I have been coming here for quite a few years since switching from another Land Rover dealer which I was not happy with.
My sales rep, Abu, is wonderful. He is patient, thorough and always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable before moving forward with my lease or purchase. He follows up to make sure I am happy with the vehicle. His customer service is top knotch.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the service department here as well.
All around highly recommend Grand Touring and if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, see Abu. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Service my Rolls here, the service manager was super easy to talk and well arranged everything. From on door pick-up, to service updates and final drop off, everything is so flawless.

The way this dealership handled an auditor with a camera on the sidewalk out front of their dealership was exceptional. The tour of the cars was incredible. Those really are some beautiful vehicles.

We bought a second Range Rover from there and believed them that tired are in good condition and need not to be replaced because they conducted an inspection but within 15 days of driving vehicle in city only, tire got flat and got to know that they are worn-out and cant be repaired, new tired are min 2500 dollars expense and they won’t admit that they sold the car with worn out tired.such a disappointment.

Customer service at this dealership has gone down hill. Took my car here to sell, they told me it needed thousands of dollars in updates and repairs plus charged me for an over priced PPI. Than told me it would be worth less than what they told me it was worth. Decided to move the car to another dealership, Grand touring lost my second key, blamed my driver, (who hauls for them all the time), told me that it was signed out and specifically given to my driver, than later that day they found it. They didn't send the plates with my car when it was shipped or ownership.... Brutal.... Another buddy also had his car their and they tried to make him do a 5yr service after 2 yrs. For a high end dealership they sure lack professionalism. Watch out for this dealership clearly they are desperate for money, and trying to take advantage of paying customers. (Other dealerships sold my car in 5 days with none of the repairs they told me needing to be done). If your buying a car and Heather is still there she is wonderful, but communication and service be prepared to be taken advantage of.

Huge thanks to Andrew Rowen in Sales! He spent weeks working with me to find the perfect spec Velar for my wife. He also conspired with me to surprise her with it - she thought we were going there to test drive some cars and had no idea she was actually picking up her dream car.

Would never do business with Grand Touring again. Chrissy Weatherson has a very bad attitude. During the entire time I spoke with her, she would roll her eyes, place her head in her hands, or openly ignore me and speak with her coworkers. I was supposed to get a followup for a quote on two vehicles…it’s been over a week since my last followup, and they still haven’t reached out.
If this is how the front-facing staff treat clients, I imagine the whole company culture is built the same way. Grand Touring is not the business for me.
