So I was on the site in the MIDDLE of filling out their online application when I was advised not to go through with it for customer service related remarks.
Now I know why...
After discarding my application, I carried on with my evening going into the next day. Some guy named Alan called me in which I missed his initial call due to work and called him right back.
Alan asked me "did you fill out an application for a car loan?". I was surprised because I hadn't COMPLETED my application just started it but left it mid way. I advised Alan that no I hadn't completed it. He then confirms my DOB and address asking, "isn't this you?". Well yeah it's me but I didn't officially submit my application as i had second thoughts which I told him so I wouldn't know how you got enough information from me to make an outbound call. I did confirm yes I did started but not completed.
For some odd reason, ALAN was the one who felt entitled enough to get mad at me and stated this, "well if you are going to have fun and not go through with an application then just know a credit check will be done." (something like that). All I said was "ok" and he then hung up.
You can go ahead and throw my application away, this just solidified why people don't trust your company and feel the way they feel with the horrible customer service. Do better...

A real nightmare, my score wasn't high because I went back a year to Canada, I saw advertisements that they sell even to those with bad credit which isn't my case, in conclusion I went there and filled out the paperwork because they said I was already approved later After waiting for days I gave up and when I went to check my scores they made 10 hard inquiries on my name which made my scores much worse

This is a very late review, but I bought a car back in January and Raj was amazing. He did his very best accommodating me for the budget I had and finding the right car for me. It’s been 9 months and the car has been great! No issues whatsoever.

**update** I was told to do this review for a vacation package it has been only 2 months since I bought my car.. the engine light turned on I brought it in and they are refusing to cover the cost of fixing it they will only cover labour. Idk about you guys but when I buy a car I’m not expecting to have to deal with engine issues 2 months after purchasing it.. I paid almost 40 k for my car I don’t think it’s fair I have to pay so much and the General manager can’t take the time to talk to me directly. I 10/10 do not recommend getting a car from this dealership. If you do decide to buy a car here have your own mechanic look over the car cause once you buy it you’re on your own. And the warranty barely covers anything so don’t let them tell you bout the warranty. Also they use shady lenders I got my loan with lendcare please just look up their reviews and it speaks for itself.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
Highly recommend if your credit needs some work! Damon dealt with my case and it definitely was not easy not only was he able to get me the car I want and was patient with explaining the process but he also helped get my credit score moving in the right direction
