Had a great experience here! The lady that helped me was kind and friendly. After another local cleaner had stained my new white dress shirt twice, I decided to give Golden Hanger a try. They were able to get the stains out and it looks like new! Definitely recommend, they are experts!

Disappointed on how long it took and the fact that the feathers were all to the right bottom side.. I would think in a week and a half they could have fluffed them out of duvet.

Had some of my items cleaned here and they came back later than what they said they would and with stains. Staff were very unhelpful and borderline confrontational. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

My wife had a horrendous experience in this place, on top of ruining her coat. They refused to take responsibility and tried to blame it on her, on the manufacturer (Club Monaco), and on the fabric. We understand that mistakes happen, but a good business would admit that they made a mistake, at minimum they shouldn't charge you for failing to deliver a proper service. I strongly advice avoiding this place, you don't want to have your favorite cloths ruined by people who couldn't care less.Service: Organic dry cleaning

AVOID! Dry cleaners destroyed the buckles of my quite new and expensive coat. They told me “it happens all the time with accessories during cleaning,” yet they did not warn me or tried to protect the garment… At the very least, they should not have charged me for destroying the coat. While I was a regular client, I won’t be returning as I’m afraid my clothes will be damaged again.

I’m been coming to this dry cleaners since I moved to Toronto 7 years ago and they’ve always been amazing. Cleaning or alterations have always been perfect and reasonably priced. I had to urgently alter my dress’s length and he was able to do by the next day afternoon (I took it around 10:30 in the morning). He did amazing job, very precisely done and he was very kind and friendly as well. I know I have a dry cleaning closer to my building but I will happily make my trip for dry cleaning next time!
