Antiquated customer return procedure. Took me two minutes to purchase the product with my Visa and 15 minutes to return it with handwritten store form requirements. I did not want to disclose an address; a name and telephone number , but was told it would not be returned without same!.
There are too many other excellent petfood stores in this area than continue shopping here.

We were looking for specific food for our pet, and the associate helped us with what they could offer. They also gave us a sample size pack of food after we described our situation about our pet. We’re definitely planning back on coming again!

Friendly staff great location with tons of parking around a residential area. They have a plan where I believe every 10th bag of dog food you get for free which is really cool. I have two dogs so I get this every few months. It is also a chain so if you buy food from another store you are still credited with your bonus bag

Price for the item I wanted (Timothy Hay) was 40% more than the pet food store I usually buy from. Nice store, friendly staff, but that's quite a premium.
