We installed the aged brass Soho tub filler, wall mounted faucet, shower head and hand held shower head in our master bathroom remodel. We have had numerous problems since installation. Problems include difficult installation, leaking components, significant peeling and discoloration, and internal components that wear away months after install. We will ultimately have to replace all faucets for longevity. My personal experience with these products has been extremely disappointing and I suggest others do their research before purchasing products from this store.

We are contractors out of townWalked in to Gingers. We are building 5 houses in TorontoWe were looking to get assistance however, the worst place we have visited.A bunch of ladies in a corner gossiping with each other completely ignoring us, another gentleman hiding behind a computer screen.We've been treated better at the dollar store.People that work here don't seem to care at all. We will never return and will spread the word to all clients, designer and contractors not to waist their time with Gingers.

We ordered all of our plumbing finishes and hardware from gingers for our entire house. Our sales rep was Madeleine who is the absolute best. The reason I know this is because with a huge order there will always be hiccups and she was always pleasantly there to help and get things right. You are in the best of hands if you get to work with her.Lastly, but definitely not least; is Karen. I recently just called to enquire if our hardware arrived and she was the most lovely person to talk to. She was extra polite and super helpful. It really made my day talking to someone who was genuinely kind and cares about what she does.Thank you ladies you really made our experience great. I know it can’t be easy working with high end products as the expectations are always so high but you two went beyond any of the highest expectations.5 stars+
