Love this place. Love the grocery selection - which is often evolving based on customer trends. I often try new products in their snack and beverage sections while relying on staples like oat milk, condiments, baking ingredients. Check out their sale rack too… another opportunity to try new things for cheap! Hard-working family owned it seems too ♥️

I never begin a review this way, however this business doesn’t belong on Roncey! This place has no understanding whatsoever about customer service. Standing in front of the person behind the counter and absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence, and barely a response to my question. Looked angry as hell and was more concerned about what was happening on his phone. Roncey has come a long way and the people in the neighborhood deserve far better. Forget this place and save yourself the bother!

I used to be a regular here, until recently I came out of a crainiotomy surgery for a brain tumour removal and looked different from my usual self. I came in to pick up a few grocery items and the man was so annoyed and angry with me asking for help. I’m sorry I don’t look like the person who used to shop at your store. I’m not a junkie trying to steal. You are a mean and angry person who doesn’t deserve your customer base. Your selection was trash and overpriced anyway. Grocery is a big industry. Good luck surviving out there with your horrible customer service.

Great collection of high-quality staple items and harder-to-find specialty products. Especially good for organic and dietary-restriction-friendly (e.g. gluten free, vegan) pantry items.

It's weird to love a convenience store but I love this convenience store. They have such a great selection of stuff, including specialty products that they don't carry anywhere else in the neighbourhood, and an amazing spread of houseplants in the summer. Everything is tidy and well organized.

This was the neatest convenience store I’ve seen. It has all the basic household sections you would expect from a corner store (cold drinks, ice cream, pantry items, cleaning) but with such special variety. The selection accommodates all sorts of allergies and dietary restrictions. There is a good range of imported Asian sauces, spices, and snacks. Unassuming from the outside but definitely worth stepping in and exploring.
