Fark this place. I have tried multiple times on multiple days to call, and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Careless. In a day and age where almost all information can be found online, if a customer is calling you, there is a damn good reason for it! FINALLY I get some one on the phone, and their tone of voice sounds so smug. Fire your management. Then, have new management fire the staff. Terrible farking experience.

I went to buy a pair of trousers from there as I saw there was a 50% off on Friday, when I paid for my stuff I realized that they didn't deduct the 50% from one of my clothes so I asked the cashier the reason of that, and he showed me that item wasn't on promotion then I apologized for my misunderstanding but he walked away shaking his head without even looking at me while I was trying to apologise...I felt so embarrassed...

I visited the Gap Store at the Eaton Center today and was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Gabby, the Store Manager. She was SO helpful, friendly, and kind. She really took the time to make sure that I found exactly what I was looking for. I was so impressed with her service! Thank you for all your help today, Gabby!
