Highly recommended if you are looking for quality, customizable Canadian (even Toronto) made furniture. Samantha was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in selecting fabrics, setting up a visit to the Statum showroom, dealing with a minor delay on the side of the manufacturer (inevitable in the current crisis) arranging for delivery etc..In the end, the item we ordered was only marginally more expensive than it would have been from a big box store, but of much, much better quality - fit and finish are excellent and assembly was easy. Would definitely buy here again.

Equilibrium offered reasonably priced furniture that was Canadian made with interior design advice for my space. Not knowing where to start they were able to direct me. I know I have a home that looks beautiful thank you to equilibrium. They sold me a beautiful stylus architect collection sofa . I couldn’t be happier.

We met with Samantha to get some help for our new house. She was extremely patient and helped us choose pieces that complemented our house well. The prices were great but more importantly we felt she truly cared about helping us choose pieces that were great for us. We’ve since gone back to get a few more pieces for the rest of the house

We purchased several made in Canada items from this store recently. They were reasonably priced and of excellent quality. The service and expertise provided were top-notch. If you are looking for a viable alternative over the big-box cookie cutter establishments and are dizzy from trying to dig yourself out of endless indecisions arising from venturing into the rabbit hole of internet furniture behemouths, then this place will help.

I’m a vendor at Equilibrium furniture and when I went to drop off my products and first met Samantha, she was nothing but delightful and genuinely interested in my products. Looking around the store I noticed she took great pride in her work, making sure to get quality products and merchandizing her inventory as best as she could. She was helpful when I had questions about other vendors and products in her store and it was important to her that the quality and Equilibrium standard was present in everything she sells.
I’m looking forward to continuing our business together.

Purchased a table and when I went home I saw it on their website for $50 less. Owner promised to discount it when I went to pick up the table as I had already paid in full. When I arrived I was told their machines could not give a refund and a cheque would be sent to me.... guess what - no cheque ever came despite numerous emails. The table was fine - their customer service stinks.
