I have been working with FundThrough for one year now ..... their service has been absolutely amazing. The account set up was simple and they took care of most of it ..... their team has always been near instantly responsive to any inquiries and proactive with anything that can offer my company additional benefits.
My company receives the funding for invoices submitted so quickly that the "commission" paid is well worth it.
I'd strongly recommend their services to anyone that deals with "slow payers".

Reached out once via phone, no response/call back... Then used their chat only to be ignored when I asked for details/to discuss their process. I asked multiple times to have a call to discuss more, no response to that. Just unhelpful in general

Just tried to set up an account, but immediately came across a website issue when trying to link my bank account. Tried several times, but the pop up would just tell me that "Something went wrong" and to try again later. I called customer support yesterday--who told me someone would call back, but never did--and just spoke to someone this morning who's now telling me to do several tedious things that involve having to contact the invoice payer, submit bank statements, etc... it's just too much and not as smooth of a process as it should be. I just read some other reviews and now wonder if it has anything to do with FundThrough decline since being acquired by another company. Whatever the case, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Very non-transparent company. The first representative who got in touch with me left for vacation an hour later. I had to chase down another account executive to proceed with the application.
The next representative has described the qualifications for the program for me. When I have provided the documentation requested they have declined to offer their services and copy-pasted a scripted text in the middle of their email to inform me of it.
