So it happened with me yesterday, and I will class it as a “racism”. The girl at the checkout counter was extremely rude and rolling her eyes when I went over to as for price match. When paid in cash the change was literally thrown on me. When asked that can I speak to the Manager or Supervisor, some guy came and when I double checked are you the incharge? he is well yes for now. What does that even mean? Honestly, this is the second time this has happened and I want a proper solution to it before escalating it any further.

I don't really go to FreshCo because they have very little few stores they price match that just not suitable for people who can not afford over price things they need. now a days expense are very high now it's not going down I do feel very bad that people are going through this terrible situation

I asked to change a five dollar bill into five loonies. They said no. Then the manager said no. They said they were having problems with counterfeiting. Because counterfitters use $5 bills. So I had to lug all my groceries somewhere else, to get change. I spend at least $100 a week there. Now, I feel like a common thief. Thanks Dallen, (Owner). Hope getting one star from one of Toronto's top reviewers was worth it
