I’ve had some good shopping experiences here but lately it’s took a turn for the worst. I’ve bought2 bags of milk in the past month and each time I ended up getting rotten and expired milk bags.It’s March 10, why would you have milk best before Feb 10 still on the shelf? DISGUSTING! Do better.

A very large store. It has a convenient location, here you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits.. Friendly staff. Inside is always clean and everything is organized

For some odd reason, these guys ALWAYS have the price as something else on the price tag (usually cheaper) and then when you go to the till it’s something else. Ice cream is 3.99 with a Scene+ card according to the price tag but they don’t give the discount. This has happened sooooooooooo many times and then it’s such a waste of time because you bring it up to the cashier, then they call a person to check the price and then finally the issue is resolved while people are waiting in line. Not only is the cashier getting irritated but all the customers are irritated. I really don’t understand this nonsense, why will I shop with you when I can literally go to an Asian grocery store that will have more relevant options and better price points. Some of these owners reaaaally need to think about their strategies and how they can really annoy and drive their customers away.

Went to get Kielbasa, whole black pepper for my grinder, and smoke essence. Only got the sausage. They didn't have either of the other things and I'm too tired to go anywhere else tonight. Disappointed.

I have been coming to this Freshco multiple times a week for 4 years. I am not sure what has happened lately but I have seen a significant change. The shelves are very empty. There seems to be a lot of new staff as well. Under new management? Today I just left and went to NoFrills because the first 4 things I needed were not available.

A spacious, clean, and well-lit store with competitive prices. A convenient location with a bus-stop right at its entrance and ample free parking spaces in front. The store consistently maintains well-stocked shelves and coolers, fresh fruits and vegetables, and the staff are friendly.

Great place to shop, and not break the bank! Always well stocked shelves and coolers, and staff always ready to help if you can’t find what you need. Canned and packaged goods are always less expensive than the Loblaws down the street. Give your wallet a break and try this place out.

There is no Freshco anywhere near where I live, so have never been to one. Stopped here on way home as I needed to get milk, that was about it. Once onside I was shocked at the prices that we ended up buying quite a few items. With the cost of groceries now, $45 at Metro and all you come out with is bread, milk and a loaf of bread. It will be worth the drive to grocery shop here.

I got ripped off by the cashier. short changed by $20. I asked to speak to the manager and she showed me a video of her talking the money from the cash register and handing it to me but she must have palmed $20 because I was short. They just gave me attitude like I was trying to rip them off. I don't need money I had $1200 cash in my wallet and own my own retail busines. I just don't want to be cheate. I will never pay cash there again. I f you shop there make sure you count your change.

Better prices and same quality as No Frills. Just means your feeding you are feeding into Michael Medline’s machine instead. Price matching is nice but not necessary.

I'm usually quiet in groceries but I totally vibed with the workers at Freshco, everyone was enjoying their night shift and chatty. The cashier was also super kind which as a result led me to leave this 5 star review. Love it when people enjoy what they are doing and see customers as humans rather than a robotic service task. Great job Freshco management & team!

Staff is pretty good, as friendly as you can be with that kind of fast pace and hustle daily. Customer service is not easy these days, trust me I know. Shelves are pretty much always full and fresh. There's never any baskets when you come in. You will need to look around. My only real negative comment is the prices. These days 110 dollars don't get you much. And its not just here. Over all great job team!
