The worst customer service, whose job seems to be to protect the company from customers. They violate their own terms of service, overcharge on data roaming and deplete your balance without telling you. Then they disconnect you and you find yourself surprised and stranded without connection. 1 star is too much.

FREEDOM MOBILE HAS THE WORST CUSOTMER SERVICE OF ALL THE PHONE COMPANIES!! DO NOT USE THEM. "SUPERVISORS" ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND THEY HAVE THE WORST US PLANS.
