Dell, sorry if I spelt his name incorrect, but he assisted us, and got us set up instantly. Was a pleasure to talk with and great staff. Made it a very enjoyable experience and just want to give an extra shout out to him for making a smooth transition from "one of the big 3"

This location and Janice, in particular, have restored my faith in Freedom mobile. Janice at the Fairview Mall location on Sheppard Ave in North York is outstanding, engaging, knowledgeable, disarming, and really knows your products and plans inside and out! Frankly, between the phone interactions and in-store interactions with your staff over the last two years, my wife and I were chomping at the bit to hand in our phones and leave Freedom forever. Janice rescued our accounts for you and redeemed what was abysmal customer service!
She should be training all of your staff and coaching management, too. You've got an absolute gem, and treat her as such.
She's now my go-to, so she'll have to remain accessible to me, no matter how high you promote her... she saved my sanity and blood pressure.
I didn't know how else to contact your management regarding this, so please ensure my message is passed along to reach Freedom management, or better yet, the CEO. Janice deserves nothing less!

Amazing customer service. We've never had a better experience with a mobile phone company. Saba was extremely helpful to my mother and helped her with upgrading her plan. She was extremely patient with her and explained everything carefully.

Poor network.
No transparency when they tell you the plan. They only tell the good side of it. I got ripped by the store manager, looking to increase the sale only. I came back within 24hrs of activation to cancel the service. Got no refund at all. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
