Amazing service - we didn't end up purchasing anything but some of the sales associates even gave us recommendations based on what we didn't like in the fit of certain jeans.

This is a really nice store but the customer service was really lacking. I was the only customer in the store and there were three employees hanging by the register just chatting. None of them said hi, asked me if I needed assistance or even acknowledged me. I was in the store for a few minutes and at no point did they ask if I needed any help. I'm not one to complain but it really was off-putting since I've been to your other locations where the customer service is just fine.
I see that others in the comments are having similar experiences. I hope the store manager takes note. This happened around 5pm on July 28th.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location! The clothes are so cute and such good quality. The staff was also so kind and helpful especially Wanita! She greeted me kindly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Not sure if I went on a wrong day but the customer service was very unpleasant. When I went into the store, the four sales associates were chatting up a storm in the middle of the store, blocking the way for me to go further into the store. Not friendly to me when I approached them. This was my first time shopping in this store and I am not impressed. I am not sure what the hype is about. When I was cashing out, I was asked a very strange question. I bought a winter jacket and a dress. The casher asked if I wanted a bag with the dress. I was confused. The dress is very sheer and can be easily placed in the same bag. I said yes please put the dress with the jacket. She then ask, "so yes bag for the dress?" I thought to myself....why is this question being asked?

Customer service is terrible, my clothing was damaged on the 1st wear and they didn't want to help.

They had run out of their free paper bags so I had to pay $10 for one of their fabric bags as it was the only option, unless I wanted to carry all of my clothes home in my arms. If you run out of free bags the burden should not fall on customers.

Placed an order online and never got any of my items. Frank and Oak ships with bolt which is one of those third party shipping partners. Absolutely terrible service. I will never order from here or shop here again.

Very welcome staff.. they also helped me pick the best outfit for my birthday and assisted with my size and fitting. When in fashion de Lima visit here..
