My name Tony Spatafora and I am painter.I been to this Health food Store a few times and I can not believe the great customer service that is given at this store. I used to work in retail and I was one of the best salesman in the store. This store reminds of a time, when people really cared about the customer and not the almighty dollar. The staff are the most friendly peoplethat I have ever met. Their advice is rock solid and they even use the products and know that they really work ! I have spend lot of money to test products myself. I have found that their advice is good. I live downtown and I am going out my way to go this store. I had a few small issues and the staff gave me the excellent advice. I am now recommending this to my girlfriend and all of her friends and my friends too. There is a saying people go shopping go to the store that offers the best service. All the other health food stores are good, but at this store all the staff go out of their way to find the best product and it really works. The staff are honest people too. I have a lot of experience and travel a lot. I have run a company. The owner is a very lucky man because he has excellent workers who really care about the customer and his store. May I suggest that if you go to a health food store, try this one out first. You will be surprised at the level of customer service, it is excellent and the most friendly staff anywhere. I am going to make an effort to come there more often. I suggest that you try the store out , and, you will be back again and again. I would like to thank the owner and the staff for a good job. An associate of mine told me this a long time ago and I did not believe at the time. I said no way! I went there a couple of time and I could not believe it. Try and see it for yourself.

They took the time to double check whether or not they had evening primrose oil in stock, which they did! Fantastic customer service!

A hidden gem in Etobicoke! They have a lot of herbs, and supplements in this small, tiny store! It does not bother us to drop in to find something others do not have! Cannot find? Ask the older guy, who works there, and most of the time he will find, bring it to you.There is a bit of slowdown at cash register, just a bit!!!We like this place, always go there if something is difficult to get closer to us; even we must travel a bit!We are a long time customers there, say like 25 yrs ++Yes, we recommend this place!

This is a great store but thought something should be said about the customer service. Was cashing out at the front and had a question about a product, the lady answered in a rude tone as if she did not want to speak with me and did not fully answer my question. I have asked family members if they experienced the same and found out that this person also was rude to them, acting as if they were not wanted in the store and made them feel uncomfortable. We still shop here, just during different hours but we hope this can change and more customers feel welcomed.

Toronto’s best health food store with the best prices as well, by far. The staff are super knowledgeable and always go out of their way to accommodate if I require things the store does not carry.

I have loved this health food store for decades. I decided to write a review today after doing my shopping there. I was blown away that almost all the items I purchased were at the same price they have been for years. I was away for 3.5 months, and when I came back the grocery store prices were up anywhere between 20 and 50%. Not at Foods for Life. The price increase is between 0 - 10% on the items I purchased. The products are fresh, high quality and they have a great selection.

An amazing health food store with the nicest staff and the best selection. While it looks small it’s actually decently sized with great prices and quality products. I have been going to this place since I tried going vegan a while back and really enjoyed everything they had. Non vegan wise they have an amazing sheep milk yogurt with maple for just over 5 dollars when writing this, highly recommend.

This store has the best prices and staff is knowledgeable. They carry items that mainstream stores don’t carry. The store is very small and it’s almost impossible not to bump into people in a crowded isle but the product selection and prices are worth the small inconvenience.
