No Star at all for this location ..Please don't go there it's a raises business owner and very bad service I agreed with all people who had bad experience with this store 100% It's the worse store In a bad naghibour and abusive area Very bad customer services poor people everywhere the prices are unacceptable products are not Canadian.I know it's an own business and he is using very bad unwelcoming way to deal with specific the local people that means raises . That is not acceptable ? in our society ? ok ..

The cashier is super rude and they do long years that..she asked check my bags and saw there coke , and then She claimed I stole it from the store..They check everytime customers bags , and claimed something..If you want big trouble, then go ahead!!

I picked up their shepherds pie for lunch today from the deli and called to let them know it didn’t seem to be cooked right not to mention it tasted horrible (which I didn’t say). I spoke to Sara in the deli department. She was extremely rude. When I asked her to leave her manager a message and have him call me back she insisted I come in person to speak to them and bring my shepherds pie back with the receipt. I explained that might not be possible today. She said “I’m not sure what you want me to do for you than”. I was so taken back by the way I was treated. She should not be dealing with the public!

Very nice grocery store in a convenient location just off pape station. I find the food is fresh and well-stocked and the staff has been friendly and helpful which is actually kind of rare these days.

First..the good stuff. Unlike many grocery stores..you can pretty much find anything your heart desires. Deli..cooked meals..ribs..chicken..mac & cheese ..lasagna..Shepard's pie..etc. Great sandwiches and wraps too. Sales rare..prices high..but gets only 3 stars because the checkout is ALWAYS lined up and it takes forever to go through it.

The employees always look at me like I'm a criminal when I come here??? I'm never coming here again lmao. I was browsing the plant milk section today and one of the employees looked at me like I was about to shoplift a large carton of oat milk. I recommend going to Healthy Planet across the street where the employees are actually nice people and don't discriminate based on alternative looks ?

Last week, there were top sirloin steaks on sale. I went in on 3 different days and they never had any. I spoke to a person in the meat department on Tuesday afternoon and was told that they would be getting a shipment on Wednesday morning and that I should call after 8:30am. I did and was told that they didn't receive any. I was disappointed because it seems like everytime there's a decent sale, they never have any stock. I understand it's a smaller store but if they can't accommodate the customer, at least be honest and don't tell customer to come back.
They need to do better!?

You can’t trust one star reviews. It’s a grocery store, it’s has the groceries you need. The produce is fresh and they have a great selection of meats and other items you would normally get at a grocery store. It’s not entirely their fault but they lose a star because they have a bit of an entitled customer issue. Retail is hard and I have no solutions to combat this issue but I want you to know that you often might find your blood pressure rising while trying to pay for your items.

Very clean and their produce are very fresh. I appreciate the staff as they are friendly and maintain the store to exceptional standards. My go to place to buy groceries.

The shop is small but large on being clean, well organized, and well stocked. Friendly staff.Currently shopping from only their sales flyer and have been pleased with Canadian Raised Beef (especially Ontario's Beretta Farms) being among their sales items.
