Please be aware during the construction they ask you pay alot of money for nonsense. They don’t even ask you they just do and send you the bill.they do business with no honest they just want your hard work money with no sense please be careful

For me, communication is very key.. especially for construction. It’s important to get exactly what you wanted as the output. Jerome and team worked very well with me in this area and was very accommodate and provide a great level of expertise. I would contact them again for future projects!

Jerome at finished basements literally saved my wife and I at the beginning of our renovations! We ran into problems with a previous contractor early on after the demo stage and needed a new one asap! Jerome came highly recommended from our electrician so we went to scout his work and I was impressed with both his work and his personality. Contractors are always a risk and it’s easy to get taken advantage of if you don’t know much about renovating and handywork (myself!) but I trusted my gut on him and boy was I right.He ended up doing a great job for us and came up on budget which is so rare!! He was always a phone call away and cared as much as I did about my first home purchase. It was a big job and he did it fast!Can’t recommend this guy enough!

The key to any construction is the word “FINISHED” aptly used by Mr. Sammy in his LOGO and Name!!’I have owned over 30 commercial and residential properties since 1974 and that has translated into a lot of Maintenance and repairs. Mr. Sammy has been instrumental in relieving most of my pain and suffering that is imbedded in the word “renovation”!!!He did an absolutely marvellous job on my better half’s BASEMENT APARTMENT. AND HE FINISHED without a twitch of concern on anyone’s part. He lives up to his contract and then some! He is conscientious to a faulty and lives by the motto “ do it right the first time! His expertise spans over the last 35 years in the construction business as well as in theMost rewarding business of all, raising a beautiful and successful family.Nothing speaks more so than handing a key to your house to somebody else. Besides being a spiritualperson, Mr Sammy is an unquestionable trustworthy, dedicated and accommodating individual, who I respect and highly recommend to others. And I can guarantee you that he will FINISH your job on time and to the best standards and specifications that only his qualifications can speak too!.
