Got here for a sim replacement, and Sanya really helped a lot, with that much patience and professionalism, especially for that recommendation of alternative plan. It really helped me out. I went into a technical issue when switching to the new plan, and she stayed for another 40 mins after shift for helping. Really appreciate it!!

Great service provided by Sanya!!! Been looking for a new phone for the last weeks and she gave me the best deal possible. We had some issues with the system while doing it so but she was always very helpful and caring about me having to wait for a bit till I get my phone. Despite the wait she was always showing a really positive attitude and making sure I was okay with the waiting times. Definitely will recommend her to any of my friends who are trying to get a new phone or plan!

Literally one of the best Fido and Rogers Kiosks i have visited so far. Exceptional customer service. Staff is very humble and informative. Specially Komal who helped us there.
One must visit there to know what customer service is. They are not just concerned about sales but actually listens to your needs.

The professionalism and quick solving response time of Hedieh and her team was fantastic. This is my first time visiting the store, and they were able to help me navigate a number of issues I had with my service. Not only was Hedieh able to address my primary concern but was able to do so at a better price than I had initially organized over the phone with Rogers.
I will return here, and I am thankful they had been so patient and thorough with my account.
