Came here to pick up a new phone for my Fido plan, and Farzad offered up an alternative option with Rogers. I must say, I was wary at first, but — after talking it through thoroughly and with detailed explanations — I ended up with a great plan (5G vs 4G) and with a better internet plan as well.
FYI there might be a bit of a wait if they are already taking care of customers, but it's worth it.

These guys are SCAMMERS and MANIPULATIVE. They charged me for my phone's down payment, and then I realized that the down payment didn't make my monthly device plan lower, and they just put my money in their own pocket. They literally charge customers for "down payments" cause they are "not approved" for "0 down payment", even though they are lying and looking for SCAMMING you by this manipulation. They also give customers free tablet plans and watch plans without giving them the tablets and watches. They also give you hard time and attitude to return the device you got from them, when you realize how SCAMMER they are. Both sales associates Farzad and Ardeshir are extremely rude and unprofessional. ROGERS and FIDO should monitor their illegal activities and SCAMS ASAP to avoid SCAMMING more people and giving the company's brand a bad name.
