I bought this belt online from the official website and I was shocked when I received a damaged,used item!!!
Unfortunately there is no option to leave a comment on the website so I am writing here. I returned the belt right away and now I’m waiting for a refund.
Very disappointing!

This beautiful lady was such great help. She was a delight. I believer her name is Quiz. (Sorry for the misspelling.) She was so helpful with me choosing my husband’s birthday present. She found our pervious purchase history and helped me with the size and choosing the best one. Loved the experience. And the other associate also was kind enough to wrap it so nicely. Thank you.

Very Bad costumer service this Saturday December 23th from an Asian girl not too friendly and even i dont remember her name she was a little bit rude . And she forgot giving me a receipt, she said the system was not working, she didn't even ask my email or phone number so is like I NEVER bought my item at the store. Is Better costumer service at Old Navy.

I purchased a belt. Wore it maybe 2-3 times and realized that the gold paint is chipping off the buckle. Took it to the store on September 6th and was told that I should have it back in 4-6 weeks.In mid November I went back to the store and asked to have my belt with the fixed buckle before December 1st as I had an event and needed my belt to complete my outfit. Not only the belt was not ready, every employee of the store were passing the bucket, nobody bothered letting me know that I'm not having my belt by December 1st. Today is December 12th, and I'm still waiting for my belt with the fixed buckle. Will never buy Ferragamo again! Poor quality and useless employees. I get better service in Walmart!!!

Two, three, or 5 plus years ago I would have given this store a 5 star review. I found the staff very friendly and approachable. The problem is they don’t have some of the beautiful, classic pieces I used to find and love. It seems they have been taken over by some corporate conglomerate Eurotrash company and are pretending to be modernizing their look, while looking cheap and trashy. Even the loafers are looking “blah”!

A well known brand, with absolutely zero costumer service. I had a return which they did not return my funds. Supposedly the entire corporate got involved and yet after 3 weeks I still have not gotten my funds back! I suspect that their repeat business could be much higher had they been stronger with costumer service.

The worst ever customer service from a luxury brand especially the store manager Nick. Dont waste your time buying from this store. I have purchased numerous items from this store. There was no sense of loyalty to a regular customer.One of the shoes that was purchased in 2023 that I wore only twice had the leather come apart and the round heel got dents under the sole. The rude store manager Nick refused to do anything for me. Such disgusting service from a luxury brand.Save your money and buy from another designer store.

It's very disheartening that such a reputable luxury brand has this store representing such poor after care customer service. I have reported this store and the manager to Corporate Ferragamo. There are so many other luxury brands that are known for their exceptional customer service before and after a purchase. Unlike this particular store that only bows down to you when you are purchasing an item and after they just kick you to the curb.

I received a Ferragamo purse as a gift that it was bought at the Premium outlet on Aug 6th, but when I got home, I noticed that there's a little defect. So, I brought it to the store at Yorkdale trying to fix it a week later. Kevin Zhu, the senior client advisor who had resolved my problem quickly. I do appreciate Kevin's being kind, helpful and especially his professionalism. He is just a gem to the company!
