After seeing the beautiful purses online, I decided to check out their Yorkdale location. Nicole is the sales associate who helped me. She is very friendly and patient. I did not get a handbag but found a beautiful pair of sunglasses. Sales staff is approachable and friendly.

WORST customer service you can imagine!I bought a wallet from this boutique (3401 Dufferin st. Yorkdale mall) back in November and I was promised that it would be here before my husband’s birthday. After a week they called me to go and pick it up. I opened the box in the store and the box was empty. Thank god I opened the box in the store , otherwise how could I prove that nothing was in it to these scammers! They said that it’s never happened before , they will order another one for me and make sure I receive it on time. Long story short, after more than a month going back and forth with them they said they can’t do anything. I asked for my refund and they said they will process it. However after a week I checked my credit card and noticed I wasn’t still refunded. I called Fendi customer service and found out the store manager never processed my refund and she didn’t even respond back to the emails from customer service either. Do not waste your money in this location. They are scam, not professional and not up to Fendi standards at all. They just charge your credit card and then you’re on your own. Be careful!

Terrible customer services!! The manager does not sound trust worthy either! I had some Payment issues and the manager could not fix it! Very disappointed!

After a long day, we decided to treat ourself to some Fendi, so we went to this Boutique in Yorkdale Mall to buy a men's belt.We were greeted cheerfully that made us feel very welcomed and optimistic about our experience at Fendi. Aaron was such a help in the whole experience! Kudos to Aaron who was very passionate about Fendi and fashion/clothing in general! We connected from the get go!We ended up buying a belt and a pair of shoes only because Aaron was so amazing!!And Aaron, welcome to Canada! We hope you don't miss the downunder anymore

Very poor service and the most arrogant manager. His name is Ryan. I would never want to go back to this store. Worst Fendi store I have visited. These guys need to learn manners.

Customer service was not great at all. I did not receive a box with the purchase of my purse and attempted to contact the sales advisor I shopped with on 3 separate occasions and I have still not received a return call. Will not be shopping at this location again.

The process of online orders being shipped to the store could be improved. DHL told me my package arrived on April 26. When I went to the store to pick up the next day, my package was still in the shipping and receiving area. The SA was nice and assisted me that day. I received an e-mail on May 3 from Fendi indicating my order was ready for pick up ????????♀️
