I picked up a parcel on September 1st around 5:30 pm and the gentleman working the counter was incredibly busy however was greeting every single person with a smile and a positive attitude. This person exemplifies fantastic customer service. The world needs more people like him.Well done! Keep up the good work, young man. The most toxic workplace in the city. Manager Carlos is abusive verbally and emotionally. He is enabled by senior management to continue his harassment of vulnerable employees. He has multiple legal cases ongoing. Stay Away it is a CULTURE of Toxicity, Abuse and Harassment.Carlos should not be employed to manage people

Good luck getting your package from here … delayed .. delayed .. delayed … after a week .. and still going. .. I could pick it up as I live close but I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping so why would I ??

Would give zero or minus stars, if possible. If I purchase clothing from a US retailer, I always ask them to ship USPS, and not to ship FedEx. Shipments via USPS are handed to Canada Post upon arrival in Canada. Canada Post charges 13% HST on clothing + $10 fee, very reasonable. UPS charges a higher rate, but FedEx charges at least double what Canada Post charges. We see so many complaints about overcharges, but Fedex has been getting away with it for years, and continue to do so. Unfortunately, I ordered a few items from a US retailer who would not ship USPS or UPS to Canada. On a $130 US purchase (ie. $173 Cdn), Fedex charged $73 "duty". Canada Post would have charged $22.50 + $10 fee). In future, will not purchase from any non-Canadian retailer/supplier that ships FedEx.

When I know that I will receive a package from Fedex I get goosebumps. It is not possible that all packages that had to be delivered they all have issues multiple delays, no answers if you call and if they answer they seem on another planet. I think the driver does not like to deliver packages but he just writes lies and enjoys a ride on the truck in busy traffic of Toronto. I had to go to get personally my package at this facility. And as today I have another package with delay.Terrible experience, customer support, facility and who ever delivers. This is the only courier that I have always issues with. I think they should leave as they don't want to work.

I have been shipping with FedEx for more than 15 years. It used be a perfect drill until very recently. Now it's been on the decline since it's been hijacked by certain type of people. I sent 2 packages to Brampton worth over $2000 taking insurance for about $600. They damaged 1 box which had most items and expensive ones . From both packages they returned $28 worth of 1 item. The rest was discarded. I didn't get a single penny despite the insure except excuses . Not only that they started to over charge because they have credit card specially cod tag.

Horrible experience, 3 days late, still don’t have my package. The Customer Service lied that driver delivered the package. I was home all day, knowing the horrible fedex delivery, checking the delivery status. But they didn’t bother coming to my location. No note, no message.What a horrible company!

The packages was damaged and it's not the first time. I was charged by Fedex YBZ and charged a second time for the same package. It was to make up customs and taxes. I called FedEx twice and they said I would be issued a refund. UPDATE: one charge was finally refunded so, from one to three stars.

had a package shipped from NYC with express 2 day shipping. the miscommunication and the total lack of competence with this location and the entire FedEx supply chain is ridiculous. not a good company or location to work with.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION. The lady customer service representative who helped me mislabeled the packages so the one which was supposed to go to ottawa, she labeled it to go to Edmonton and vice versa. I caught the mistake. Then she mentioned she can’t take my original legal envelopes and I have to use the fedex envelopes, I used them and she did 3 mistakes and entered the receivers address wrong 3 times. So the systen generated 3 tracking numbers. That was my cue to tell her to cancel the transaction. It was legal paperwork going to Canadian Government. 5 mistakes in total. Do yourself a favour go to the Dixie and 427 location. The cherry on top was that they refused to refund me at the location and I had to call customer service to get my refund. Unprofessional customer service and highly untrained staff.

If I could give them a 0 I would. HORRIBLE experience, specifically with staff member named Bonnie.The delivery guys "tried" to deliver the package 3 times, I never received it even though I was home. On the third failed attempt I called customer service who connected me with an agent named Bonnie. Bonnie was rude, not accommodating at all, and ended up hanging up the call in my face. She was so rude I felt like I worked for her and that she was doing me a favour by delivering my package. Unbelievable. And of course I still don't have my package.
