Charging $5 for a return label is madness. Penguin pick up does it for free so it's cheaper to take the ttc to the nearest penguin pick up if you have to. Oh and plus they're rude. Do not come here.

1. Don't use FedEx choose another courier service.I've always had problems with FedEx, but this was the last straw. I went to go pick up my sister's package because my sister is unable to go because she was busy, and they wouldn't let me pick it up because it was not "my" package. I showed a valid photo ID and address. Never using FedEx again. And the person I interacted with at this location was very rude and disrespectful.

I would give zero stars if I can.The worst FedEx experience I ever had in my life. I wanted to pick up a package. The man at the front desk is extremely rude. He is pretty racist towards east asians. I have both english and asian first names but the package only shows one. I understand he needed to confirm my identity. So I showed him my ID, my shipping confirmation, my order number and info with the sender, my lease, two FedEx door tags.**FedEx's main office already approved the pick up information. Yet this guy STILL refused to give me my package. He refused to call or email with the main FedEx office to confirm the information that they have internally. He refused to even talk to the sender company to confirm information even though they (including the manager)were on the phone ready for him. I think at that point I noticed that he was purposely being difficult. This is my second time going back and I'll prob have to go back again.FedEx should consider firing this guy. Intentionally causing problems for asians who have two names after the person and the sender showed legal documents and contacted him AND AFTER fedex approved the identification information is just racist. I have both names on these documents.

These hours are ridiculous for anyone with a weekday 9-5 job (which is most people). No weekend hours, no late hours, not even until 6PM which is when the Print City this FedEx is a part of closes their doors. Imagine having to take time off work just to pick up a package from here. Absolutely ridiculous.Also FedEx is the only shipping company that consistently gives me grief, loses my stuff, and gives wildly inaccurate tracking information and delivery estimates. Please use Canada Post instead if you're looking for well-priced quality service.I dread having to come here.

Extremely rude, defensive, disrespectful, and overpriced. Charged $8 to print a shipping label. Also did not want to provide a receipt with no explanation. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

FedEx is the only courier that doesn’t leave packages at Shoppers or other Canada Post locations when someone isn’t home, only at a ship centre like this with terrible hours - no morning, evening OR weekend hours.After not even ringing the doorbell when I was home, I spent hours on the phone trying to make a plan to get the package delivered during a time I was at home. FedEx did not deliver during those times, finally agreed to leave it at this location, but requires me to take time off work to pick up
