I'm writing this review to let you know guys that if you wanna an excellent full service to your shipments and the parcels then you just need to walking to Fist Class store and ask for AlbertNo matter where you are in GTA but I suggest that even if you are far away from this store area, you just have to come if you need super faster and excellent serviceI really appreciated Albert, all my stuff are arrived on time and with same condition as I deliveredyou are the best ever...Thank you so much

Expensive because FedEx does not deliver to the recipient's address. Customer has to look for a nearest pick-up location (looking for one in their website is another waste time because FedEx's website is not updated). I suggest that you find a location near you and write it in the "Special instructions" box prior to paying for an online purchase, to pick-up the item sooner. Otherwise customer is informed to pick up the package in a remote industrial area, far from public transit and local foot traffic. Those who experienced mugging or physical abuse will have severe anxiety attack going to their warehouse. Recipient only has 5 working days to pick-up the item before it gets returned to sender. FedEx can improve the website, and can deliver the products, it is just not doing it to increase the company's income.
