The only reason I'm not giving one star is be wise two weeks ago a young guy was super helpful and professional. Today however, a woman behind the counter who appeared to be annoyed that I (the customer) was interrupting her speaker phone personal call was quite condescending.

Munira was very kind and extremely patient with me while shipping a package to BC. Packed it up, resorted it, and then repacked it again twice for me when my friend was deciding how much to send based on the shipping cost. Through all of this, Munira was able to give advice and help me with shipping it out. Great service! Thank you

Super rude lady. Asked for a quote and received condescending tone about it. For a place thats not that busy, you would think they would want to speak to customers with a little more respect.

She will always ask to send your documents to their email even if you bring your files in pen drive. Kindly refrain from sending any private documents to anyone who makes such requests. It could easily lead to identity theft.__Nothing was explained to me.Also, the policy seems like a scam too. Privacy is what matters not policy.We can always plug in the pendrive to printer.If you are very much worried use an anti-virus. Files send through email or pen drive has the same potential.

Very knowledgeable and provided great shipping options. Was also surprised they have other services like printing, photocopy etc. The service was quick and easy and conveniently located! Found the cheapest but high quality print out/photo copy in core downtown. Highly recommend this place. The lady who assisted me was very sweet and patient unlike most of the shop owners around downtown.

Worst customer service, rude employees and now lies in their response. Interesting.Refused to take my prepaid Fed Ex package (UPDATE: a velvet ottoman from Marketplace - not "flammable goods" as they state below!)Told me that I needed to go to FedEx Ship Centre at 475 Commissioners St instead (UPDATE: which is NOT the closest alternate location. Again, another falsehood in their reply).They stated they would only take the size of the package I had if I purchased a label through them and that this information was on their website (if it is, I can't find it.).So if I purchased a label I could leave it but not if it was a prepaid return label from the original shipper? Interesting

Here comes MY FIRST negative review EVER on ANY store.Where do I start, the woman was unresponsive, didn’t tell me the price for the work beforehand. When I asked for the price, she told me she would charge 1.15 dollars per page for scanning (both b&w and low quality scans btw). The same work costs less than 50 cents per page at ANY OTHER STORE. So I worked them down to 90 cents per page because I had 40 pages and my work was urgent. Then when paying, I gave her some cash and she said she didn’t have enough cash to break down my money and LITERALLY TOOK 5 dollars of my money and put it in the register and acted as normal. I had to point it out twice for her to gave it back to me. And when she did she didn’t apologize nor said anything about it (she knew what she was doing). This wasn’t poor service it was full on disrespectful service and stealing my money. I will not go to this place ever again and for everyone else DO NOT waste your money at this place.

Great place for fast prints with good quality. Had some flyers printed and they turned out amazing, also got them same day! Drishti was a HUGE help, very kind and was on top of everything from paper selection to trimming!! Overall great experience in store and amazing customer service. Will be coming back again to do more business 100%.

Got a banner(5ft x 3ft) and business cards. Munira and Drifty were very helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly and I am more than satisfied with the quality of my products and the experience I had with evershine p&p.
