Absolutely fantastic customer service! I had a query about fixing a slightly complicated floor lamp. Carlos at Eurolite was very thorough in the assessment process and took the time to provide several options on how he could fix it. Incredibly professional, would highly recommend!

Had a very bad experience. Was recommended an expensive light to custom order. When it arrived it was not as advertised but because it was custom order no return and no help at all in fixing the problem. Lost a lot of money as the result. They simply stopped answering emails and phone calls. Would not recommend ordering anything just buy what you see. Too bad, used to be good store in the old location with prior staff. Shame.

Carlos of Eurolite helped us repair a light purchased 10 years ago.
It is a chandelier and needed parts
He not only sourced everything we needed, he also introduced us to a repair person named Peter.
Between the two of them they were able to help get our beautiful lamp functioning.
Did I mention it was over 20’ (7.5m) up in our beams? It’s perfect now so thank you team Eurolite!!

I want to say that my experience with the folks at Eurolite has always been fantastic. Whether I needed to replace a cord on a very old Italian fixture, buy a bulb for another, from their location on Queen's Quay to Davies Ave, they gave me the help I needed and did not overcharge. As to how much attention they pay when you walk into the showroom, I am grateful that they aren't hounding me from the moment I walk in. The attendant always says hello, and then it's up to me to browse and ask questions. Thank goodness! That's not negligence, it is being available when you choose to engage. Thank you everyone at Eurolite.

I had a vintage glass lamp base (bought on Etsy) and a braided power cord (bought on Amazon) which I wanted to combine into a functional bedside lamp. Carlos replied to my enquiry immediately, helped me find a base and socket (and lightbulb!) that fit my aesthetic requirements, and assembled the lamp while I waited.11/10 experience and customer service + communication. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a custom lamp/lamp repair.

Mike Nooreini at Eurolite was fabulous. After a bad experience with another company Mike helped me by sourcing out the many parts and assembling them to give me 3 functioning light shades that could be installed.Then he provided me with a referral (at my request) to a very competent electrician to install them. It could not be done without Mike. I've waited years to complete the European glass light shades. Great customer service!! Thanks Mike and thank you Eurolite for a great experience.

October 2020, I reached out to Eurolite to inform them of a problem i was having with three lights in our meeting room. Mike Nooreini returned the call and did not leave my side until recently when the problem was resolved with the manufacturer!From my first conversation with him in October 2020, through many covid lockdowns, codies of emails and back and forth conversations with the manufacturer, he went to bat for BIMM and succeeded !He was dedicated to helping me resolve my problem. He was very responsive, gave suggestions/advice, spoke on our behalf to the manufacturer, provided feedback and additional information where needed etc. He is an amazing Lighting Design + Agent Representative for Eurolite. I know I could not have done it with our him.Thank you, Mike !

Eurolite has a wonderful collection of designs from Canada and beyond. Their staff are highly knowledgeable, special thanks to Francesco for his help. This is my fourth time dealing with them and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their products.

Although closed due to Covid19 I was able to order hard-to-find halogen replacements for my dining room light. They were ready that day for curb-side pick up at a reasonable price!
