Warm, welcoming and peaceful studio & teachers. Second floor in suite 203. Free parking passes are provided. The class I attended included chanting, postures and meditation. Enjoyed the atmosphere and playful nature of the class. Will be back.

The teachers at this studio are superb, and as far as I know, the style of yoga they teach is ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to move, breathe and be comfortable in their body.
