The Afghan guy by the name of Yusuf is very disrespectful person
He is crazy, he tried to hit me. If there was any option of Zero star I would give to this place because this stupid Yusuf.

This is the first time I have ever given a company a 0/5. The reason for the low rating is due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the gas station attendant named Yusaf who was working at your Esso Circle k store this past Saturday June 15, 2024.
When I went to pay for my gas, Yusaf was very short-tempered and dismissive. He barely looked at me or acknowledged my presence. When I tried to ask a simple question, he cut me off mid-sentence and barked at me to "I don't care if you paid $2 we have no more lotto tickets". His tone was condescending and his body language was hostile.
I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but there is no excuse for such blatantly rude and unacceptable behavior towards paying customers. Yusaf's actions were completely out of line and reflect very poorly on your business.
Satisfied customers are the lifeblood of any business, and behavior like Yusaf's is completely unacceptable.
Avoid this location if this person is working. Please be safe when approaching the staff at this location.

Whenever I come to this place . I ask for key to use washroom but the front desk person always told me washroom is out of service .

I recently visited this Esso gas sation and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the attendants (JUSUF)
Yusuf was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance with the pump, he responded with a condescending tone and seemed irritated by my questions. ..As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, neither of which were shown during my visit. This experience has left a negative impression, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I strongly urge the management to address this issue and ensure their staff are trained in proper customer service.

One of the few gas stations left downtown. Very small on the inside with a limited selection of convenience store items like snacks and drinks. They do have a Tim Hortons though which is a nice plus. This gas station is generally very busy. You have to be careful with strangers coming up to you and begging for change some of them can be a little bit aggressive.
