The worst Car Wash i have ever seen. The Equipments are probably never maintained or went through any service since installed. Instead of your getting clean, it will come out dirtier. So, not recommended at all.

04/25/2024 1:53pm Horrible customer service!!!!I prepaid for 50$ (debit) gas inside and the attendant had no problem taking my money and NOT informing me I was the truck side of the pump which I didn’t know because I was borrowing someone’s jeep truck to move some things, the nozzle was to large at the tip and by mistake I sprayed diesel ALL over myself when I tried to push it in. I went in to ask for some paper towel to clean up myself and he told me to use the other side. So I go to use the other side while still trying to clean diesel out of my hair and face I place the pump in my car thinking it was still pre paid and continued to clean myself pump reached about 100$ when the attendant decides to come out and tell me it is not pre paid and I now owe 100$+ in which I tell him I only had 50/60$ that’s why I pre paid in the first place trying to explain myself, I understand in this situation I can take some accountability but I am not 100% at fault here, had the attendant told me that I would need to re pay when I went inside a second time I would’ve easily done so but he didn’t he just told me use the other side and as I said covered in diesel trying to wipe it off wasn’t thinking it wasn’t prepaid, I offered the man all the cash I had on me which was 60$ as well as saying I would leave my name and number and he got rude refused and said he will be filing a complaint. So this is my side of the story hope it reaches management and hope you guys work on not talking over a customer when trying to explain herself and basic customer service.

Poorly run. Always have to go inside to get a receipt as there is never paper in the pumps. The carwash is not well maintained. I was there yesterday and someone had to back their car out as the wash would not start. Upon trying numerous times to input his code the door came down on his hood. I was waiting in line and gave up, pulled out and left. Maybe I'll try the carwash tomorrow on my way to work.Avoid this Esso!

The car wash machine is always broken and it does not leave your car clean. Wash tickets expire the next day and there are no extension or refunds. Bad service from the owner and bad wash quality. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible car wash and customer service. Didn’t wash my car, dryer turned on and started counting down as it was still washing my car. They smiled at me and tried to sell me on the same car wash again. Stay away.
