Terrible terrible customer service.
I ordered a sofa a month ago, the fabric was on back order. I tried calling/e mailing them a couple of weeks after placing the order to know if the fabric was back in stock. I used to get an e mail response after almost a week with no actual details or answer to my actual query. Received a very vague reply. Finally got the couch, and the fabric is completely different from what I had requested.
I am unable to get hold of anyone on phone and they take days/weeks to respond to an E mail-that is the only method of communication they prefer.
The couch is lying unopened in my living room, while I have a party planned this weekend.
I would never order from them again. Mistakes happen, but it’s 2024, a customer shouldn’t have to wait for days/weeks on end to receive a simple response.
Structube /Ikea /Article or any other store’s customer service is way better than this. You guys are running a big business. Just hire a few more people to help out customers than designers.

I can’t sleep the extremely expensive bed I bought at your store makes so much noise. Everytime I move there is a squeaking sound after 3 months of buying it. I paid for the service when you come an install it and still it either a bad quality bed or your employees install it bad. I can’t believe thaf my Ikea bedframe was a better quality.

Was sold the wrong item, at the wrong price. Brought it back to be given the correct item and management/customer service refused to comp the $40 cost between the item I purchased and the correct item. Management offered a refund of $100 for the product instead.
Key takeaway:
1. No accountability that the store incorrectly quoted the wrong price for their products
2. No quality check to ensure the product(s) are the correct dimensons
3. No apology when I returned to the store.
4. No customer appreciation. Offering a refund should be the LAST step for a manager who wants to maintain a relationship with the customer.
5. Had a call with customer service who responded to me email, and a follow up email from staff. Wasting 1 hour of their customer service staff over a $40 cost - only for them to offer nothing.
I have shared this story with multiple friends, including the person shopping with me, and they were aghast at the quality of modern customer care. Things didn't used to be like this when I worked retail - I was trained to make sure the customer left happy ESPECIALLY if the store made the mistake and wasted their time. Unimpressed. Uninspired.

No greetings when you enter the store. The tall guy in green looked away when I said hello. Wanted to buy some stuff but not interested to ever be a customer here. Customer service is the main difference between a high quality and mediocre brand.

Some of the furniture was wonky on the showroom floor. E.g drawers falling off. Doors not in straight.

Joel was a pleasure to work with, assisting us over the course of a couple of weeks to help us determine the best couch configuration given the spatial constraints of the stairwell in our house. Some of the best customer service we've received from any sales associate / design consultant in our efforts to furnish our home.

Stay away from this furniture shop. I ordered a table and the table came with a missing part so it could not be assembled after waiting for 3 weeks. After a whishy washy customer service response, I pressed for an answer if the part could be delivered and they told us a different colour one can be delivered (so a white table with black parts, in what mind do they think this is OK?. The response is outrageous and poor. I asked if this could be a temporary solution when the one with the right colour (the one we paid full price for) she said she can do it but they have to charge you shipping fees. Unbelievable. As you tried to explain to the operator your frustration, she put on a waiting music to not hear you. Proceed at your own risk. Never again.

Not interested in helping you at the store, might as well just browse through the website. Pulling teeth getting any information whatsoever and generally ignoring the clientele around us as well. Please avoid.
