Was looking for someone to repair some antique fixtures from a hotel in Spain. They got back to me with a recommendation of one of their competitors who handles that style of lighting within half an hour of my email. I’ll always respect a business that isn’t afraid to recommend a competitor if it’s in the customers best interest.
