I’ve been going to this location consistently every month for the past four years. I have always been dealt with properly every time I came there with friendly people. But today for some reason the girl working there was just unnecessarily assertive for no reason. Sign said be back in 15 min, I just arrived to the store and she told me did I not see the sign even though she just arrived back from wherever she came from. There would be no possible way for me to know be back in 15 minutes means 15 minutes with additional time to eat her lunch. The worst part about it is she gave me the wrong strain. I love the spot but I don’t appreciate the service today

You should change the actual hours of opening on here. Says you open at 9, I came by at 10:30 and STILL closed. SMH. Waste of my time

I do think that Dutch love Parkdale needs to change the time they open from 9 am as Google mentioned that they open . For the past months you and also others would have to line up for the store to open at 9 and never open on time always 9:30 am Dutch love needs to be punctual with timing just saying . Also no one Nevers answers the phone 30 minutes now that I am waiting for the store to open no one is there .
