Non-existent customer service. I ordered an item weeks ago and have not received. A couple of weeks ago customer service stated that the item will ship in 1-2 days. Nothing has shipped.Durafast lacks communication and commitment. The company operates a few different websites that sell printers, ink/toner and labels. Don’t bother contacting the person posting replies within all the reviews, nothing but hot air.

Prepaid for an order and received order confirmation by email. Never received the printer rolls. Poor customer service. Followed up multiple times and did not get any service.

Terrible company, do not buy anything from this company as they are a fraudulent company. I have previously ordered with them and they take forever to deliver, no response when I call. Basically they will steal your money without shipping your items.

I, too, have encountered a similar issue as those who have left negative reviews. Despite the product's availability and usual shipping within 24 hours upon ordering, it has now been three days, and the status remains as "awaiting fulfillment." The chat feature is always offline, the Toll-Free number is not in service, and no one answers the other number. It would be more appropriate for them not to accept orders and take payment if they are incapable of fulfilling them.A reply has been posted to my previous review along with a phone number to call, but unfortunately, the number provided is not in service. This is a clear indication of poor customer service.

They charged my card weeks ago, they haven't sent out my package, they aren't picking up their calls, returning their emails, or voicemails.TERRIBLE SERVICE!I've been dealing with DuraFast for just over a year and they were fantastic when I started, super fast shipping and reliable.Now they don't answer their phones, I place an order and it doesn't even get fulfilled, and not even my emails are being returned.Are you guys still even in business? What is going on?!

Placed order in May 2022. Was told items were out of stock after ordering. Told 12 week wait. Now January 2023. Shows items back in stock but order hasn’t been sent. I’ve tried calling everyday for 2 weeks. No answer. Sent chat messages daily. No response.

Great experience I do have whit them.i can't complain for the online order as well as walk in order.I have of what I need and I'll continue get my suplays from them.For me is more like value over price and I recieve that in every step of the way shoping whit DuraFast Label Company Ltd.Thank you.

Dangerous company, they take the money but never send our order nor respond to our different try to contact them. Avoid making business with them, they're out... Then, they answer 3 month later without any solutions... Just calling a phone number oversea... Give us our money back, that's all !!!

Have been doing business with them for many years, they are now treating us like rubbish and refusing to ship or reply to us. Stay away from this company they will take your money and not deliver your order and will never reply to your calls or emails. These guys were once the best and we wouldn't shop elsewhere, congratulations on ruining your business!

I'm speechless, but it's a good speechless. This company not only helped me and with in a short amount of time I had to work with, but took a huge amount of anxiety accompanied by stress and panics attacks of my shoulder. Their work ethics in point, prices very reasonable all the way around, topped with better communication then the other companies I looked at. Not only do I recommend this company, I will also inform you by hiring them, you'll be doing yourself and your pocket book a big favor.Thank you guys so much!!!!! :)

Great customer service , IThey helped me guide through all the options for ink and what to expect in regards to shipping and the cost and expectancy of the product. They went above and beyond to get me my product that was out of stock. Will be returning back to more stuff for sure
