I bought a necklace from their website and was really happy with my purchase. Prior to buying I contacted them to ask if they could get me the necklace by a specific date and they were helpful via both email and on the phone. Loving the necklace, was exactly as it appeared on the website. I don't know what is going on in the physical store but the cloth that the necklace came wrapped in smelled nice. Highly recommend!!!

This is by far, such a horrible store. The customer service is awful and you can tell that by the other reviews that the customer service is horrible. Would not suggest anyone to visit or buy from a terrible place. They need to fix up their customer service or it’s not gonna work out. Very disappointed.

I don't recommend anyone to shop here. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. They are inconsiderate, don't do their job properly, and overall they don't care about their clients. I am truly shocked from the experience I have received from these people.

A special thanks to Leno (or Lemo)! I spoke with him on the phone a moment ago and he tracked down my receipt from about 5 years ago! I need the receipt to see about a repair thing with Moose Knuckles. Leno took the time to find my receipt and emailed it to me. Thanks so much again and happy new year!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes. Paid and got a shipping email. The store canceled the order and canceled the shipment. They probably saw that the shoe can be backdoored and can be sold higher to someone else. Very unprofessional. Never buying from this store again!

Amazing service! I found a brand I loved and the staff showed me other products and the same brand's sale section. Great experience and I will be shopping here more often!
