I have used their 150mbps service for 3+ years on a month-to-month contract. The technician who installed it was very professional and quick. I don't recall ever having to reach out to their customer support. Their customer support proactively reached out when they noticed that I had disconnected my modem during renovations. They would also proactively reach out to let me know of any upcoming service outages. The price was very competitive, and only went up once while still being very competitive. When I needed to end the contract, it was pain-free. I would highly recommend that you consider Dotto-One if they are an option in your building.

In my opinion this ISP provides private networks and doesn't deal with the general public. They try to please and it is pretty nifty to see their contractor with a huge spool of wire they literally install under the street. Dotto-One wont let you bring your own modem and Dotto-One provides a restricted modem meaning you don't have access to settings like backup / restore, remote login, or firewall etc. but they explain this is standard practice when managing a private network. Instead you may ask for adjustments or access to some of the control panels such as NAT, LAN or for bridged mode allowing your own router which will provide the greatest functionality. They have set up a back door into the modem. Dotto-One does not provide an email server or web space. Up-time and speed has been solid and its easy to reach customer service so you wont be on hold for long.

As soon as I had a problem with my internet I contacted Dotto-One tech-support and I received a very friendly and professional assistance. I really appreciated it and I greatly recommend their service.

Very reliable service far better than the unreliable duopoly of roger and bell. Very responsive support. I never faced any issues with their service. Even when I had any concerns it was quickly resolved.

Great service from beginning to the end. I recently had to cancel their service due to my condo's bulk discount with another company. Customer service and technical support were extremely helpful and accommodating in my sign up many years ago, as well as in my recent cancellation.

EDIT: Downgraded from 2 to 1 star. After my first review, they contacted me and said the delay detailed below was due to an error. So I tried again months after my initial inquiry. Once again after many weeks, they never replied!I am in a condo where Dotto-One recently started providing service. I waited 4 or 5 months to reach out to them. I waited because I didn't want to suffer from being one of the first few customers who suffer all the roll-out issues.I reached out to them via their website. In my inquiry, I asked some basic hardware questions because I use access points for Wi-Fi rather than a router / modem combo.I presume they are only interested in people contacting them to sign up because I never received a reply. After 9 days, I have given up.I was going to give them one star but their prices are pretty good so I guess that is worth a second star

Really helpful, excellent Customer Service. Even when I had a billing hiccup, Ian fixed it right away with grace and speed. Bravo! Pricing is competitive, service is great, and actual humans when you call. Honestly it’s kinda like winning Lottario. Small but powerful ??Bonus, Email is sent as soon as a disruption occurs, which isn’t very often, and barely noticeable on my end. Please consider them??

Absolutely great service from Ian and the team at Dotto-One, every time I contact them! Patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond each time. I find this rare today and I highly recommend Dotto-One over the larger providers. And very reasonable rates.

Everything I read in the reviews about quality, friendly, service has proven true in my experience. I was hesitant to change from one of the big providers and delayed for over a year. That was a mistake. Now, in hindsight, I wish I had made the move so much sooner.Price for value is off the charts (I'm paying the same as I was with a big carrier but getting more than twice the speed and 10X the upload speed).Service is off the charts (David went above and beyond to run wires so I could have the access point in my office and not in our newborn's room).Do yourself a favor and get on with these guys. You won't be disappointed!

I really appreciate the support of Dotto-One. I've had technical problems in the weekend, and tech support would call me right away and have my issues resolved. They would also tell me a couple of tips to improve the internet performance. For someone who don't have too much tech knowledge, I find it really helps. 100% recommend it.

Day to day the internet has been pretty good but was extremely impressed with the customer service when a planned maintenance turned into an unexpected internet outage that lasted for the entire morning. It was easy to get in touch with customer support and the representative we spoke to, Alexandra, let us know right away how long the issue would take to resolve so we could plan around it and then did a follow-up a few hours later to make sure it was fixed for us. With WFH internet outages can be extremely stressful so it's great to know we can count on professional, reliable customer support when it does.

As a brand new customer, I was impressed with their installation services. I was a Bell client and was told by the Bell tech I couldn't get a signal in my kitchen where the copper wires are in my condo. Well, Dotto-One sent their technician, Mansoor Z. who was able to find a signal and came prepared with all the gear needed, plus he did a very clean installation, and helped me set-up the range extender at the proper location. I can't say enough of how pleased I was with Mansoor's pleasant and polite manner, plus his neat work. I have yet to test the network stability in the long run, but I think Dotto-One is the answer for people who appreciate price and service.

No issues in the last 6 months since moving in. The internet has cut out maybe once in that time span. It's fast, download and upload speed is ultra quick and it's reliable. Not to mention the few encounters of customer service I've experienced have been nothing but amazing. Please support local in these trying times by signing on with Dotto-One!
