Alex and Bev are nothing less than true experts in their field, I was blessed to have Alex make a custom ring for me and it was a dream come true. He was highly communicative and explained things clearly throughout the entire process which was definitely appreciated. They always make sure to give you the best quality gems at the most reasonable price too. Thanks to you both so much for making me feel comfortable during the process and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!!

Really happy with the service here! Will definitely go back for my next repair. My dainty necklace was both broken and in knots and they fixed it perfectly within a couple of days. Means a lot because my husband bought this necklace for me a few days before he proposed!

My mother and I were strolling along Bayview Avenue and we happened upon Dolly Jewellers. There was the most beautiful jewelry box in the window. We had to go in and take a closer look. We were greeted to the world's friendliest yellow lab and the personable owners of the shop. They gave us a history of where the the jewelry box originated from and how it was made. We were SOLD! I can't say enough about how warm and welcoming the owners are as soon as you walk in. I will definitely be back for some jewelry repairs and ring resizing. Thank you very much for such a pleasant shopping experience.

Dolly Jewellers (Alex and Bev) are amazing! They repaired all my jewellery, repurposed rings and other pieces to more current styles that I can wear daily. I can now wear my grandmother’s and mother’s diamonds in gorgeous new settings!
