Very hard to find store. From street level at york and Queens Quay had to go up to second floor on escalator then walk all around the second floor to find the escalator to third floor. Finally found the store after ten minute walk. Ok I made it. Found what I wanted to purchase and had to wait in line behind many customers as there was only a single cashier during lunch break on a weekday? Crowded store but only a single employee. No self serve cash either.

I would like to thank the store manager, Ivanka and her team, for their work ethics and their outstanding customer service. The manager took her time to walk me over to the isle to assist me with a smile. Upon completion I asked to speak to her manager to applaud the outstanding service I received and she confirmed that she was the manager, which amazed me. I’ve been to this location several times and I have noticed the outstanding customer service provided by all. Also, the store is organized and well stocked with a great selection of items to chose from.

One thing that always surprises me is how clean this store is. It has a good selection of products. The location is convenient for people working in the area or living in one of the attached condos

The employees have super rude attitude. Management teach ur staff to behave. very aggressive old brunette long hair with specs lady on the cash waving her hand gestures at customers rudely talks aggressively, even the stock clerk guy shouts at you aggressivly. Negative energy and vibes.if u dont have the right attitude and tolarence choose another job!

Clean, spacious Dollarama.1st visit: I came in here to buy a Kombucha off a colleague's recommendation. They only had raspberry lemonade flavour (pink can) [as ay arbitrage ay].First time having one, it had all natural ingredients, 0 sugar, and it tasted how I expected it to (but I don't like kombucha that much, I would really only drink it for its health benefits, so will only drink this on occasion).2nd visit: Came for a coconut water with a colleague. That was great too. Got the Ginger Lemon Kombucha (orange colour) - much better, the flavours are much more complementary than raspberry lemonade.3rd visit: Got 2 nice coffee mugs from here (standard design in a nice baby blue and purple colour).-- Future: See if they have Kombucha in other flavours: pure lemonade one (yellow can, and try the brown cans too). Monster Ultra. Rock Star. Or Amp (green and blue).
