Dont bother coming here unless you want to aimlessly walk around and waste 30m trying to find a store that should be down on the street. One of the worst designed buldings ive ever encountered.

Rude staff. No greet no nothing. Practically slammed the receipt on the table and said nothing the whole time. Feels super unwelcomed here. No self checkout either. Otherwise standard Dollarama store, I'd avoid this store if possible.

This place is always a mess. The staff are rude. They continue to use a till that has a card reader that cannot swipe cards and the staff members will try and force it through the card reader despite it being too small for the card to fit through and they will do it as many times as necessary to the point of almost breaking your card. Then they give you attitude when you say you need to be rung through on a different till because you don't want your card destroyed... Then they proceed to go back to using the same till again immediately afterwards. It's crazy that you don't fix the problem or find a solution and you just continue to do the same thing over and over again and this has been an issue for over a month

Very good store, always clean and stocked fully. The staffs are also very helpful. Especially the Indian slim girl in specs was very kind and cheerful.

Please train your employees on customer service. You can't throw items to your customers on the counter just because you are understaffed.

Go to place to buy all kinds of stuff. I avoid buying kitchenware, cooking utensils and food items. But a great place to look for decors and household items
