I had a terrible experience with the customer service. When I was trying to shop, they rudely kicked me out at closing time, refusing to cash me out. One employee was okay, but the lady at the counter was very unprofessional. Even when I asked for just one drink, they refused, saying they had a lot to do. I plan to speak to their manager about this for sure.

Staff are not much any help, they stock shelves, when asked a question you get a mumbled response.Store has everything a Dollarama needs, don't expect much in service.

This is just another dollarama. I noticed this location has always been here, but never really stopped here. I always went to the one inside the mall. Today I decided to visit this particular location to buy a drink.Nothing special to mention about this location but I do want to add a point. The staff here are not honest.I have a $10 gift card. And before making my purchase, I asked the cashier to check the balance on the gift card. The bearded guy told me it was "invalid". He scanned it again a few times to confirm for me and kept repeating it was invalid. Then he threw it in the garbage. I asked him to wait, So I scanned the drink to buy and told him again to try the gift card and he laughed to himself and said it went through and there was indeed money on the card.You know dollarama? I had a brief argument with someone with me about the card being "empty" and it wasn't, this caused a complete negative experience here for me, and my friend who gave me the card.I'm not sure if he was trying to pull a fast one, but I feel a sense of dishonesty.Management should review the staffs performance and retrain them if they can't scan a gift card
