The staff is friendly and the store is clean and organized. Good deals can be found however don’t bother buying any electronics from this place. Literally every “apple” compatible piece of electronics they carry don’t work but I go across the street to the cell phone place and all their stuff works fine. Fortunately the staff refunded me as I showed them it didn’t work. My suggestion try it in the store before you leave if you are buying headphones/cables

SCAMMERS. I went in to buy headphones, literally ten minutes after they were not working. I went back in to get a refund, the owner there refused. He told me to demonstrate it so that he can hear, it was working but the issue was once there was movement with the headphone jack it automatically stopped working. I tried to explain it to him but he wasn't interested. He said the best he can do is give me an exchange, I refused because his condition was that once it is exchanged I can’t bring it back if it doesn’t work. So if I stepped out of the store and it coincidentally stopped working again, I can’t return it. I didn’t want to take the risk and asked for my refund. He said the receipt shows that there is no refund, which is funny because when he took the receipt from me, he realized it didn’t specify that at all. He tried to back up his statement by saying that on the door it says no refund. I was already running late for work and didn’t not have the time to sit there and argue with him. So I took the exchanged headphones. LONG STORY SHORT, DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM HERE. They are faulty, and they do not honour refunds at all, you might be lucky if they even allow you to exchange it.

I’ve been a long term customer for 3+ years - I purchased a heating pad and asked the cashier if I can return it if needed they said exchange only - ok great I made the purchase - on my first use I put the heating pad on my stomach and the water poured out- there was a small slit in the heating pad. I went back to the store and they refused to refund or exchange the broken $4 purchase they sold me. They said I can only exchange if I have the bar code from the dinky plastic the pad came in which no consumer would think to keep. Given I have a receipt and the owner knows I made the purchase from him and the policy of refund or exchange was communicated to me. After asking if there was anything they could do for me they refused and I will no longer go back there- you can’t sell faulty products overpriced at a dollar store to your loyal customers and have no type of care in the world. I hope the store owners enjoyed my last 4$. I would not recommend becoming a loyal customer because there is no gratitude or respect for neighborhood locals who pass dollarama just to support the store ppl would often walk past. Terrible customer service.
