My first visit today to the Bloor Street, Toronto Dior boutique was absolutely amazing! It was raining cats and dogs outside, the security guard was very pleasant to show me where to pop my umbrella. Once inside, Kenneth was so welcoming. He asked if I neededhelp and detected my Australian accent. After a very pleasant conversation, he let me browse without pressure. After showing me to the shoe department, we had a very nice conversation and he showed me some shoes. He was very knowledgeable about the Dior products. I picked out a pair that I've been wanting for ages and left the boutique. Even with the bag cover my paper bag got absolutely soaked and almost ripped in two. I ducked back to see if I could just change the bag over and the other CA who was near the door was equally as welcoming. They changed over the bag and it was perfect! They even offered to order me a cab to get back to the GO station. Highly recommend for amazing service and a beautiful creations. Thanks Kenneth & team!

This was my first experience buying a luxury good. And I'm so glad I came here. I felt anxious at first so I gave them a call. Kenneth, the SA there, helped me with my inquiry. I felt his energy through the phone! He was so attentive and kind. When I came in store, I was charmed by his service. We even talked a bit about Kpop lol (go Jimin for Dior!!!). I really felt taken care of. He even mentioned the tailoring service. (I wanted an oversized hoodie, so the sleeves were way too long). That's when I met Beatrice, their in house magician! She was also very kind and attentive. I just really appreciated the whole experience. I will definitely come back!!

What a beautiful experience both my husband and I had here on our first wedding anniversary; our SA, Kenneth, went above and beyond to assist us with what we were looking for, while educating us on so much history of the brand - so fun! We originally went in looking for some clothing for my husband but by the end of our shopping trip we also walked out with a gorgeous bag for myself! It wasn’t our first time shopping at Dior, but it was my first time purchasing one of their handbags. It was exactly the type of experience one should have when investing in a luxury item thanks to Kenneth’s impeccable customer service and knowledge. He truly is in a league of his own and Dior is very lucky to have him. As much as I love my stunning Lady D-Lite, I love the story behind it - and that includes Kenneth!

Big thank you to Kenneth today for creating an amazing experience for me!! I made my first CD purchase in-store and he absolutely helped me appreciate and develop a love for the brand. I learned about the history of Dior and he took me on a tour of the beautiful store. He is a special human being, I felt like an absolute princess!!! I am excited to return to this location in the future and make another purchase.

Marco was so kind and attentive! He basically showed me my dream bag without even realizing that it had every single thing I would love in a bag. Some people just have a talent in knowing what a person will truly love even if they don't know it themselves! I always come to this DIOR location and I thank you Marco for making my anniversary extra special this year! You're the best!

Amazing service at this Dior location. The SA, Danny, was so patient as I couldn't make up my mind on which bag I wanted to purchase. He would go to the back and bring to the floor anything I wanted to try on, he also suggested other items if I was unhappy. Will be coming back and I do recommend this location.

DO NOT order on line. I had pearl earrings shipped to my home in Montreal 'signature required' - earrings were never delivered and Dior refuses to assist .Carrier cannot provide signature ( naturally) and Dior still refuses to help.Happy Mother's day to you Dior, and thanks for nothing !

Beware this store!!!I bought a Lady Dior bag medium size ($8400 cad)yesterday.However, I came back to the us today and opened it I am really shocked with condition of this bag!!!! They put used bag in there.No Cham films and without cover and used shoulder strap in the bag without no paper wrapping! No paper wrapping up the top handle too. Also no tag!!!!Before I bought this bag I asked them to put the new one and they confirmed it’s from company today so no worries!!!!But they put floor display used one at the back side during we paid it at the second floor.I will never buy anything from Dior anymore!If anyone wants to buy something from Dior don’t go to this store. They are such a nasty liars!!!

Beautiful, two-level boutique and well stocked. However, I was a bit puzzled by the way I was being serviced. While the sales associate was eager to show me the merchandise I asked about, I was mostly left on my own not knowing what to expect next. I ended up purchasing a belt and was taken upstairs to pay. The staff responsible for the payment transaction were inside the storage room and I could see them moving around as the door was kept open. So, I had to wait for quite some time, again, not knowing what was going on. In the meantime, I was being watched by a couple of staff members who appeared very disengaged. Overall, very bizarre experience as I had expected a more professional service from Dior!

This place has terrible service. I called 3 times to ask for help and they answered with a terrible attitude and a tone that is not respectful. I then called them again and they did not pick up. I called TWICE. Terrible service never come here or call 1/10. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had a great experience here with Walter! He let me take my time and would grab whatever stock from the back I wanted to see. Unfortunately he wasn't in the day I purchased, however the lady who assisted me did an amazing job wrapping my gift. Super happy with the service here.
