I went to DY a few days ago, I was greeted by Ria who helped me choose a chain and a couple pendants. She was extremely kind and had amazing customer service. I will be back for future purchases and hope to have her help me out again!

The ring size I wanted wasn't avalible in Canada but after submitting an inquiry about the ring online the store reached out to me and was able to import it from the US. After that they then sent it from Toronto to BC for me. The whole experience was very professional and fast with all-around great communication. My fiance loves his ring. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my family purchased from them and the employee Ria that was helping me and my family seemed like we were bothering her, she just had a very nasty attitude towards us and It just wasn’t a good experience.

I dropped off my ring for resizing and Mary took care of me with kindness and care. Her warm and friendly personality is a delight to be around. I highly recommend Mary to any one who are planning a visit to this David Yurman boutique.

Consistently poor customer service from the retail associates at the store.I’ve come to the store four times looking for a male wedding band - both passively and actively and I haven’t been greeted once - even after spending 20 minutes looking at the cases.Do yourself a favour and purchase it online from their websiteThe only reason why I give it two stars is because the website has some quality pieces
